Analyzed over 8,800 data points from the Netflix catalog. I successfully identified key trends in viewership, leading to actionable insights on content strategy. My analysis revealed that adding TV Shows during July and December months could increase viewership by up to 15%. The study has equipped decision-makers with data-driven insights, ultimately contributing to a more effective content allocation strategy.

My goal is to identify key characteristics that influence the purchase of specific treadmill models. Through techniques like outlier detection, correlation heatmaps, and probability calculations, I aim to provide actionable business insights. These insights will enable AeroFit to make data-driven recommendations to new customers, potentially increasing sales conversions by an estimated 10-15%.

A little about me

I'm a data analyst and software engineer based in India. I'm passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on the world.

I have experience working on a variety of projects, including data analysis, web development, and software engineering. I'm also a regular contributor to Medium, where I write about my experiences and learnings.

In my free time, I beatbox, enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends and listening to music and now reading self-help books too.

What I've been working on

I'm working on a bank project which comes under NatWest Group with Accenture. I am in short edits pythons/PySpark scripts, write SQL queries, and also automate manual effort jobs with SSIS packages and scheduling them on Autosys.

In 2022, I started with my first big task in the project which was Anomaly Detection. It gave me a idea of few outlier detecting techniques, and indeed the collective efforts of me and colleagues, anomaly code was born LOL.

Then Slow and gradually, I took the whole responsibility of the Autosys and SSIS Package development, testing and deployment. This taught me how to take ownership and make quick decision when face any job failure.

I also like to share what I learned with my network, I publish articles on Medium and Linkedin, and soon I am thinking to collaborate with people to start with a research paper.

Prior, I was working as a Tutor at StudyPool and also as Freelance Web Developer. I worked with 3 small business to help them bring their business online.

Design should be simple

In today's data-driven world, the allure of complex algorithms and intricate visualizations is undeniable. However, I firmly believe that the essence of data analysis lies in its simplicity.

Simplifying data doesn't mean dumbing it down; it means making it accessible and understandable for everyone involved, from data scientists to business stakeholders. When we focus on clarity and ease of interpretation, we unlock the true power of data to drive actionable insights and create real-world impact.

Stay tuned for a deeper dive into how we can make data analysis straightforward and yet, incredibly effective!

What I'm reading

Recently, I started reading books and now I thought of keeping track of books that I'd read and wanted to read next.

This habit has been incredibly rewarding and something I want to continue. Soon, I will try some Fiction Novels.
